Members

1) Register online

Register on the online learning platform Click Here. Then proceed to Step 2

2) Claim Discount
  • As an APAC member, you qualify for a 42% discount per module.
  • Download and complete the DVA form
  • Email DVA form to stephanie.nel@apacouncil.co.za to receive discount coupons.
  • Next select payment method choose Step 3 or Step 4 
3) Pay via Credit Card

Process your payment online by using your credit or debit card. Then proceed to Step 5

4) Or Pay Manually
  • Download and complete the Manual payment form
  • Once we receive your completed form, we will issue you with an invoice.
  • Make payment and save proof.
  • Email the form and proof of payment to Khodani@apacouncil.co.za 
  • Then proceed to Step 5
5) Start Learning

As soon as you have paid the invoice forward your proof of payment to stephanie.nel@apacouncil.co.za, and we will enroll you for the modules you have paid for.

Score above 75% ?

Well done on your great achievement!

Score above 50% but below 75%

It means that you qualify for a re-write at a discounted fee. You only receive one re-write opportunity. Best of luck!

Score below 50%

It means that you have to work through the study material again. You unfortunately do not qualify for a discount and have to pay the full exam fee once you have studied all the material again.​

Fresh Produce

Deals specifically with the concept of an agent and the composition and role of the Agricultural Produce Agent’s Council.

Deals specifically with the Fidelity Fund, Registration, Duties of Fresh Produce Agents, Trust Accounts as well as Improper Conduct and Disciplinary Proceedings.

Deals specifically with Inspections and Investigations, Conflicts of Interests and Offences and Penalties.

Deals specifically with the Code of Conduct, as well as the Receipt and Sale of Fresh Produce.

Examination

The purpose of the exam is not only to test your knowledge but also to gauge your ability to apply your newly acquired knowledge to solve practical problems in a real-world environment.

Trust Accounts

The purpose of this course is to provide guidelines in understanding and performing agents trust account reconciliations, as required by Section 19(3)(c) of the Agricultural Produce Agents Act, 12 of 1992.

Livestock

Registered Livestock Agents

The purpose of this Livestock Agents Course is to equip livestock agents with the necessary skill, knowledge and expertise so as to conduct the business of a livestock agent in a proper, efficient and lawful manner, thereby enhancing the status and dignity of the occupation.

Biosecurity Rules

Biosecurity Rules Course is to equip livestock agents and auctioneers with the necessary skill, knowledge and expertise in respect of Biosecurity Rules, which prescribe the required precautions that need to be taken at auctions (as a second level of detection for animal diseases) to reduce the spreading of controlled, notifiable and other animal diseases.
